Ever have one of those days....

Ever have one of those days that everything seems right in your world and then something, one little thing changes the entire outlook of the day?  I try to be a happy go lucky person most of the time, and that was the case yesterday.  I wore my new Grinch shirt, had green nail polish on to match, was rockin it out with the Grinch theme.  Now before you ask, I am NOT a Grinch, just love the Grinch!

One of my last phone calls was AWFUL!  Not that I could not answer their questions, because I felt helpless for the first time in 6 months and was not able to help this person who sounded so incredibly despondent on the other end of my line.  I know from being a collector, that most of the people who cry and whine do this out of habit, hoping they will get their way, but this one was genuine.

When I awoke this morning (Tuesday) to a channel 14 news alert of a fatal shooting, I am not gonna lie, I froze where I was for a few moments.  I am sorry whoever lost their life, but thankfully it wasn't the person I talked to. 

I know times are tough, I have lived them, in fact living them right now, taking a huge pay cut, I sometimes ponder why I ever did this?  

Monday I had ONE OF THOSE DAYS and it had nothing to do with it being Monday....
