That day when I was having a weepy day, I took auto time for the first time. Which basically meant I bid to leave early from 5pm to 7pm without pay. I actually got it for the first time at 530-7, I took it, and was a much better person for having had that luxury! So thank you from the bottom of my pea picking heart SFA!
I used it again tonight, for different reasons, because it was so slow and I was beyond bored, figured I would be happier at home, and voila I was. I won't do that often, not making a habit out of it by any means, but had to these two times for sanity purposes. Plus there is no overtime so I am not screwing up any hours by leaving a tad early. Glad that is in place for the times you do want to leave early :).
