Unbelievable......

After working all day, took Sylvia (car) to Kenny Kent to drop off and pick up the loaner car.  Go to service center, they needed proof of insurance on new car, I haven't received new insurance cards as of yet, but notified the girl that salesman received fax from State Farm before we could leave the dealership when the car was purchased. 

Service Center girl called salesman, I could hear him on the phone saying he didn't know what happened to that paperwork, thought he had given me a copy (he didn't), girl told him to go to file room and pull the paperwork.  Salesman said that he didn't know how to enter the file room or how to pull the paperwork (are you kidding me right now).  Girl argued with him and told him if he didn't know how to get to the file room he needed to find someone that could take him and show him.  He marched across the parking lot, you could tell he was pissed.  Well, they all knew I was coming to drop the car off, the loaner car should have been waiting for me!! 

After several minutes salesman came in and gave insurance paperwork copies for the car we traded in!  Girl rolled her eyes, he stood there saying "is this going to work or not" she said yes I am not making YOUR customer wait any longer.  OMGEEEEEEE!!  This guy is a complete MORON!  And he thinks he is the next Michael Jackson, he keeps grabbing himself when he pulls up his pants!

Got the loaner after 45 minutes, I was fit to be tied!  They gave me a 2012 Toyota Corolla LE, 1 year newer than mine, but I hated it!  I love mine!!  And so will you if you ever get to go for a ride!
