Busy Busy Saturday

Still in Zionsville, Brittanee and I had breakfast at Starbucks and then went swimming in her pool.  I must say that the water was much warmer and more enjoyable.  The salt water pool was a nice touch.  And so was the sunning deck in the pool. 

After the pool and laying out getting a tan, we showered and headed to Castleton Mall the largest mall in Indiana.  Not really my cup of tea, as I am the kind of person, my friends often compare to me that of a male shopper.  I like to go in to the mall get what I have to get and leave.  I am not the typical shopper.  But Brittanee has that walking challenge so we had to get her steps in, and that we did.  We only bought 2 shirts for my mom and nothing else there. 

From there we rolled into the parking lot of PF Changs, I finally talked Brittanee into trying some upscale chinese food!  We were seated right away on a Saturday night which was very surprising but then our patience was tested along with many other diners in this establishment.  The waiter had come by our table a couple of times telling us it shouldnt be much longer and it was almost ready.  55 minutes later and it still hadn't arrived, other guests were starting to complain.  When the manager finally delivered our meals, I asked what the hold up was, he explained that Brittanee's plain order, fried rice with only scrambled eggs, was cooked wrong the first time so they had to cook it over.  Puuuuulleeeeeease!!!  If they had to cook something that simple over just imagine how they did cooking something more difficult.  Long story short, we got our $30 + meal for $10.  Not bad!  Our waiter and his service SUCKED out loud!

From there we mosied across the parking lot and picked up 3 pieces of cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory to go.  Brittanee got a banana cheesecake, I got the red velvet cheesecake and we got a chocolate one for my mom for me to bring home to her.  Yummy.  I ate part of mine and then saved the rest to bring home to Evansville with me as well.

We went to Kohl's and I got a couple of things and Britt got her a shirt for $8!  Then we headed back to her apartment and played Uno.  I lost.  Then we headed to snoozeville.
