With the new diet started it was time I got moving in the right direction as well. I bought some Leslie Sansone walking dvd's and they are awesome. I started walking my first indoor mile today. I have to start slow and build myself up since I haven't been doing much in the way of exercise in awhile. I am walking at work which I enjoy doing that. I just need to get into a routine and get that going and I should see a difference. They recommend the dvd exercise at least 3 days a week I am shooting for 5, we will see how that goes. I was surprised doing this first one that I was able to stay on balance. I have some balance issues at times.
It was something I enjoyed doing. I will still continue to weigh on Saturdays, looking forward to this first weigh in this week. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by April 2nd, so that is only 69 days away. I think I can I think I can.
When it gets nicer weather I will be out walking Baby at a park near you.
