Most every Friday at work is a meeting Friday, which means when I start my shift at 10am I go straight into a meeting. No phones for an hour. Ahhhh. This Friday, we had to rate ourselves in our job and character and send to our supervisors during this meeting, and our accomplishments since we have been with the company. Well, let's see, I have been there for 7 months, not much happened.
Sure, I was able to put stuff down, like I worked every Saturday in October that was offered to me for overtime, I pulled a lot of overtime, I worked outages once, I got a customer compliment, and in the 3rd quarter I managed to have perfect attendance. How much of a raise do you think that will warrant? I hope a good one. Time will tell.
Raises are in March. We are supposed to get a bonus in March, I am thinking March should be relabled from March Madness to March Sweetness! :)
